What to look for when selecting the test to reserve. Make sure it says "Life" & "Health" in the test name. You need to take both at the same time. Some states are seperate test for health and life, but most are a combo. Make sure to take both at the same time in one test if possible. If not you have to take two seperate tests. Schedule both.

Look for: Life, Accidental & Health & Sickness test, when reserving the test to take. Some test will be called different names depending on the state. Just make sure it has Life & Health in the title.

Do not book more than 10 days out.

To reserve they will ask for Pre-License information / Sponsor: That would be “Xcel”. This is your study training website. Your chances of passing diminish dramaticly if it is longer than 10 days because you stop retaining the information your studying. So book soonest date possible, and pass it the first time. ***If you can't reserve sooner that 10 days, just reserve soonest date they have. Then call the next day to move to a sooner date. *Important - the shorter the study window the greater chances of passing. Study course takes 40 hours. 150 multiple choice questions. Have to get 70% to pass.
